About Blynt
Blynt is a platform that helps college students connect with each other. It allows them to be a part of a college community that consists of 10 different zones that include anonymous chatting, posting memes, confessions, playing games and many more.
We started Blynt because we wanted to get college students together in a community and make their college experience better. We wanted to make the college life fun and entertaining and provide useful features as well that would help college students in their day-to-day life
Our Zones
👤Anonymous Chatting
Anonymous Chatting allows you to talk to a random person who is a part of your college community. It pairs you up with another person while keeping your identity absolutely anonymous. You can choose to reveal your identity after 2 days of chatting
Go live and talk to an absolutely anonymous person: completely secured.
🎮Gamer's Garage
This zone consists of 4 distinct and addictive games and your college leaderboard as well. You can play these games and earn points and according to your points, your name will be displayed on the college leaderboard.
Not so fancy games- but you'll like em.
🔒The Confession Vault
The Confession Vault is a zone that allows you to post your confessions anonymously. You can like, dislike or react on a confession using emojis and comment on confessions as well. If you are curious about the author of an anonymous confession, you can send them a reveal request as well.
Hopefully your confession won't get rejected, unlike someone else.
💡Sh*t I Wish I Knew
This zone is your college discussion forum that consists of people's opinions, suggestions, senior's advice, faculty gossip, placement discussion, internship discussion and many more interesting takes.
The space to exchange thoughts and have meaningful conversations.
🔥Off The Rails
Off The Rails is your college meme page that allows you to post memes, without any limits or restrictions. It allows you to react and comment on memes and the interesting part, you can post them anonymously! Post memes till any extent while staying anonymous.
You gotta be cooked if this gets leaked.
🔍Where's my crap
This is your college community's lost and found zone. Unlike your group, this won't be flooded by random, irrelevant messages. You can categorize an item on the basis of it being lost or found, add a title, location and an image for better reference.

📝Realm of Resources
This zone allows you to access previous year question papers from your college to help you prepare better for exams. Browse through a collection of past papers organized by subject and semester, uploaded by fellow students.

🤝Barter? Hell Yeah
The Barter zone allows you to create barters and trades. If you want help related to anything, if you want someone else to do your work, this zone comes to your rescue. You can either offer your skill or money in return and select a deadline for your task as well.

This zone allows you to post polls and vote on the polls posted by other users. You can select upto 8 options and view what people have voted for.

Your Neighbourhood allows you to explore the area near your college. It provides you information about various outlets that are present near your area: cozy cafes, gaming centres, libraries, arcade arenas, and many more amazing places.

Simply download the app, sign up with your google account and fill in your details. Click on join community and select the community that is relevant to you and send a joining request. Your request will be accepted/rejected through an ID card based verification

How secure is my data?
We prioritize your privacy. All user data is never shared with third parties.
Who can use Blynt?
Blynt is designed for college students, allowing them to connect with each other by being a part of their college community.
How is Blynt different from WhatsApp/Instagram groups?
Unlike generic group chats, Blynt is built only for college communities, with features like anonymous chatting, posting of memes and confessions, playing games, having discussions with your seniors and classmates and many more entertaining features and an exciting future.
Can I join groups outside my college?
No, Blynt focuses on creating a safe and exclusive space for your own college community, preventing any kind of intruders.
Is the community moderated?
Yes, Your Blynt community is moderated by admins, moderators, and managers whose identities remain anonymous to ensure fairness and safety
Does Blynt notify me about campus events?
Yes, you’ll receive notifications for events, updates, and posts relevant to your college.
Can alumni use Blynt?
Yes, alumni can be a part of the college community if they wish to. A tag of alumni will be given to them.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the “www.blynt.in” website and the “blynt” college-based community application (“Platform”), developed, operated, and managed by Messers Blynt, having its registered office at B-1303, Kaustubh Platinum, Rajendra Nagar, Borivali East, Mumbai – 400066 (“Company”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Platform” refers to the www.blynt.in website and the “blynt” application, including all forums, features, and services provided therein.
1.2 “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including but not limited to college students registered on the Platform.
1.3 “Content” means all information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials posted, uploaded, shared, or otherwise made available on the Platform by Users or the Company.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Platform is intended solely for use by college students. By registering, the User represents and warrants that they are currently enrolled in a recognized college or university and are at least 16 years of age.
2.2 Users must register using valid college credentials (email ID, phone number, or as otherwise verified).
2.3 The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any User at any time and may suspend or terminate access if eligibility is not established.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
3.1 Users must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3.3 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User’s failure to comply with this Section.
3.4 User shall immediately notify the Admin of any unauthorized use of your account by email on authorised email address.
4. USE OF THE PLATFORM
4.1 The Platform may provide different forums, including but not limited to:
(a) General Discussions
(b) Chatting
(c) Gaming
(d) Entertainment
(e) Information Sharing
(f) Academic Support
(g) Event Announcements
(h) Career Guidance
(i) Clubs and Societies
(j) Feedback and Suggestions etc.
4.2 Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.3 The App provides different Forums (e.g., Discussions, Chatting, Gaming, Entertainment, Information Boards). Users agree:
a. To post content that is respectful, relevant, and appropriate.
b. To not use forums for harassment, bullying, hate speech, obscene material, political propaganda, or unlawful activities.
c. To not spam, advertise, or engage in unauthorized promotions.
d. Gaming and entertainment forums are for non-commercial, personal use only.
4.4 Users shall not use the Platform to:
(a) Post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
(b) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity;
(c) Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform or the servers and networks connected to the Platform;
(d) Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
(e) Violating intellectual property rights of others.
(f) Engaging in hacking, phishing, or spreading malware/viruses.
5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
5.1 Users retain ownership of the content they post on the Platform.
5.2 By posting content, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content on the Platform.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at its sole discretion.
6. PRIVACY
6.1 The Company is try its best endeavours to protect the privacy of Users. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the privacy policy link (“Privacy Policy”).
6.2 By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. USER CONDUCT
7.1 Users agree to respect the rights and dignity of others and to refrain from any conduct that may harm other Users or the reputation of the Platform.
7.2 Users shall not use the Platform for commercial purposes or for soliciting business without the prior written consent of the Company.
8. TERMINATION
8.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other Users.
8.2 Upon termination, the User’s right to access the Platform shall immediately cease, and the Company may remove or delete the User’s content.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Company.
9.2 Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of the Company.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
10.1 The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform or the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
10.2 The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by reliance on forum content, disputes between users, downtime, bugs, security breaches etc.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS
1.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, designs, logos, slogans, layouts, user interface, graphics, software, source code, databases, and all other materials available on or forming part of this App/Website (“Platform”), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Messers Blynt, unless otherwise expressly stated.
1.2 No part of the Platform may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the Company.
b. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
1.1 By posting, uploading, or submitting any content (including text, images, messages, or other materials) on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
o You are the sole author and owner of such content, or you have obtained valid rights and permissions to post it.
o Your content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or moral rights.
1.2 By submitting content, you grant Messers Blynt a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, store, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works of your content solely for the various purposes including operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.
c. PROHIBITED USE OF IPR
You agree not to:
o Use the Company’s trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
o Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice appearing on the Platform.
o Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Platform’s software.
d. Infringement Policy (DMCA / IT Act Compliance)
1.1 The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, you may send a written notice to our Grievance Officer at blyntdevelopers@gmail.com .
1.2 Upon receipt of a valid notice, the Company will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, in accordance with applicable laws (including the Indian IT Act, 2000 and/ or any other relevant law).
e. Consequences of Violation
1.1 Any user found to be infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties may face suspension or termination of their account, removal of content, and/or legal action including claims for damages.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement or college authorities in investigating such violations.
13. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the User’s access to or use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
